Product support for Fidelix products
For the latest information on products and software, along with tips and ready-made templates for programming and design, visit our Support Central. You will also find materials to support learning installation, programming, and use of the Fidelix system.
As a registered partner, you also have the possibility to order paid services, like product activations. Each member of your team can create their own, personal, account with the appropriate rights.
During the partner account registration, a Fidelix-Microsoft Active Directory (AD) account with two-factor authentication (by default using your mobile phone as second device) will be created for you. In some cases we need to verify your company’s partner status before account creation. This might take some time, so please be patient if you are registering from a new company.
