Register for your personal Fidelix Partner account and manage your support requests online.
Everybody can always access our Fidelix Knowledgebase, but as a registered Fidelix partner, you get free access to our Academy, our personalised training platform to make sure you stay up-to-date with the latest new software and firmware features. You can also download our latest tools, releases, and other resources from our download section. As a registered partner, you also have the possibility to order paid services, like product activations. Each member of your team can create their own, personal, account with the appropriate rights.
During the partner account registration, a Fidelix-Microsoft Active Directory (AD) account with two-factor authentication (by default using your mobile phone as second device) will be created for you. In some cases we need to verify your company’s partner status before account creation. This might take some time, so please be patient if you are registering from a new company.
