Fidelix Smart Buildings Step 5: Expand & Integrate

STEP 5 OF 5: EXPAND & INTEGRATE

Your buildings run smoothly. This is where scaling begins.

Your data, your portfolio, your ecosystem is all connected and working together. This is where individual building performance becomes a strategic asset across everything you own and manage.

At some point, a portfolio of individual buildings isn’t enough.

You’ve got the data. The reporting runs itself. Your buildings operate automatically and AI is continuously finding savings. And then you look at the rest of your portfolio and realise: the other fifteen buildings are still running the way this one used to.

Expand & Integrate is about closing that gap — and connecting everything you’ve built into the platforms, teams and ecosystems that run your business.

YOUR PORTFOLIO. CONNECTED.

Portfolio-wide control. Without portfolio-wide complexity.

Every building feeds data into one place. That data flows outward into every tool your business already uses. Nothing siloed. Nothing manual. Just a single connected picture of your entire estate.

Central portfolio management

Every building monitored, managed and compared from one place, regardless of size, age or location.

Open API integrations

Your building data flows directly into your FM, ESG and proptech platforms

Large venue retrofit

42 zero-energy business units. One connected system. Built in the Netherlands.

Teslandi’s E-Unit development in Arnhem was built around a radical idea — a business park that generates all its own energy from 2,900 solar panels and a geothermal water reservoir. Making that work required every system to talk to every other system, in real time, across 42 individual units.

Fidelix provided the measurement, monitoring and integration layer that made it possible. One platform. 42 buildings. Zero energy imported from the grid.

“I met the Fidelix guys at a tradeshow and was introduced to their measuring solutions, which looked very nice. We’ve been working together ever since.”
