The distance between sensors and gateways is often longer than the signal range. For this, repeaters are needed to extend the range between sensors and gateways. The new technology developed in cooperation between Fidelix and Lansen solves at once the challenges related to condition sensors collecting data for building automation: gateway technology simplifies the configuration of wireless sensors, it transfers the data directly from the sensor to the central unit without cabling, and no separate subscription-based licenses are needed. The technology enables the monitoring and control of conditions in both new buildings and renovation projects.
Lansen’s and Fidelix’s wireless WM-Bus receivers and repeaters are designed specifically to be connected locally to building automation. This enables the use of wireless sensors for real-time condition control.
The gateway enables a wireless local connection from sensors to building automation.
